The coworking space operates on the principles of mutual respect and cooperation.
Users are required to maintain a quiet, professional environment and respect other users.
Noise, loud conversations, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. - Operating Hours & 24/7 Access
Use of the space is permitted within the designated operating hours.
24/7 access is granted via access card only to users with bookings of at least one (1) week.
Access outside standard hours is strictly personal, and sharing access cards is prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to revoke 24/7 access in case of violation of these rules. - Use of Workstations & Common Areas
Users must occupy only the workstation they have reserved.
Occupying other workstations without authorization is prohibited.
Common areas must be used respectfully and considerately. - Cleanliness
The space must be kept clean at all times.
After use, both personal and shared areas must be returned to their original condition.
Leaving waste or personal belongings behind is prohibited. - Phone Calls & Phone Booths
Phone calls in common areas must be brief and conducted at a low volume.
For extended calls or video conferences, designated phone booths must be used.
No reservation is required for phone booths.
Consumption of food inside phone booths is prohibited.
After use, booths must be left clean and tidy. - Visitors
Visitors are permitted only between 08:00 and 18:00.
Visitors must comply with all applicable rules.
Users bear full responsibility for the conduct of their visitors. - Equipment & Facilities
All equipment must be used responsibly.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately.
Moving or rearranging equipment without permission is prohibited. - Internet & Network Usage
Internet access is provided for lawful use only.
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
No guarantee is provided for uninterrupted connectivity. - Kitchen & Food Policy
Consumption of food is permitted only in the designated kitchen area.
Users must clean up after use (dishes, surfaces, appliances).
Food items must be properly labeled (name & date).
Strong-smelling foods should be avoided. - Security
Users are responsible for their personal belongings.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or theft.
The outdoor area is monitored by CCTV.
The premises are equipped with an alarm system for asset protection.
All measures are implemented in accordance with applicable laws. - Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities.
Harassment or offensive behavior.
Any action that disrupts the operation of the space. - Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be made through the website with accurate information.
Payments are non-refundable.
One date change is permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or changes within 24 hours are non-refundable.
The Company may approve changes in exceptional cases at its sole discretion. - Non-Compliance
The Company reserves the right to:
Request immediate departure.
Cancel current or future bookings.
Deny access without any refund. - Amendments

By making a booking or using the website and/or the premises, the user confirms that they
have read, understood, and accepted all of the above Terms, regulations, and the Privacy
